Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to join our team. The School Psychologist will play a crucial role in supporting the mental health and well-being of students, providing counseling services, and collaborating with educators and parents to create a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate students' academic and emotional needs
- Provide individual and group counseling to students dealing with behavioral or emotional issues
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop intervention strategies
- Offer crisis intervention services when necessary
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records
- Assist in the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for school staff on mental health topics

Skills:
- Proficiency in social work and behavioral health practices
- Experience in child and family counseling
- Knowledge of psychotherapy techniques
- Ability to provide mental health counseling services
